YESTARLAND RP 1 TRILLION SUPERBLOCK IN CILEGON

PT Yestar Karya Utama or YestarLand will invest up to Rp 1 trillion to build Cilegon Center superblock in Banten. Yesterday, the company officially started the construction of the CBD project.

The inauguration was marked by groundbreaking development of Cilegon Center Mall in an area of 2 hectares. The superblock project will consist of shopping malls, hotels, apartments, shops, health centers, and schools with a total area of 7 hectares.

Superblock existence Cilegon Center will become an independent region of the first and the only one in the city of Cilegon now.

President Director of YestarLand Rico Hartono explained, Cilegon Center Superblok is the solution for residential and commercial needs are very high in Cilegon, which include meeting the needs of expatriates working in the industrial area there.

YestarLand also took Cushman & Wakefield as a project consultant.
