ACT DEVELOP APARTMENTS RP 1.5 TRILLION

Property developers from Singapore, ACT Group, launched the apartment project worth Rp 1.5 trillion in the area of Alam Sutera Tangerang. The apartment named Cambio Lofts is built on 1.1 hectares of land.

According to Project Marketing Rita Megawati, Cambio Lofts apartment has two towers, the Marina and Sentosa, with total units provided 1,400 units. Each tower has 700 units of apartments. The project undertaken by PT Graha Indah Semesta (GIS), which is the result of the ACT Group of Singapore with a local developer, PT Jaya Prima Integra.

Cambio Lofts will target young executives or young couples in the area of Alam Sutera and Jakarta. "Alam Sutera regio is new CBD area in West Jakarta is a high potential market. The increase in property prices in the region could reach 20-25% per year," said Rita.

"For construction, we are targeting construction could begin in the first quarter-2017. Construction of these apartments will be completed 36 months after construction," he said.
