PT China Harbour Jakarta Real Estate Development make sure that their first apartment building in the area of Daan Mogot, West Jakarta will begin September 2016.

General Manager Sales & Marketing Department of PT China Harbour Jakarta Real Estate Development Ferry Tahir said the project will be built on 3.3 hectares of land at first phase will consist of three apartment towers.

"This September we started pole erection prime. We want to build eight towers, but for the first phase there are three towers advance continued in the next five towers," he said.

According to him, for the first three towers that summarizes room with 700 units of that type, the company will invest to reach Rp 4 trillion. The apartment will be marketed starting from Rp 15 million to Rp 18 million per m2.

Earlier, President Director of PT China Harbour Indonesia Shen Chao said, for the entire prime property projects in Indonesia, the company will immerse funds amounting to US$ 1 billion with the concept of integrated area.

"Our construction company has been in Indonesia for 20 years, it seems we are already very familiar with the needs of the community here. End of this year is the right time for our launch of our first residential project," said Shen.
