RP 750 BILLION FROM PODOMORO GOLF VIEW PROJECT

PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APLN) successfully sell 80% more than the first three tower of Podomoro Golf View project released since the end of 2015. Up to now, the pre-sale APLN has get Rp 750 billion from the programs.

Indra Widjaja Antono, Deputy Director of APLN, said the project is in Cimanggis Depok it will contribute greatly towards the target marketing sales of Rp 3 trillion - Rp 3.5 trillion. "Target Pre sales this year will not be revised." he said.

Three Podomoro Golf View the first tower built starting this September and will be completed late 2018. APLN pointed Wika Gedung as contractor to finish third apartment with a contract of Rp 820 billion.

The third apartment tower named Balsa, Cordia and  Bahamas and the development of Phase I A of the Podomoro Golf View project. The project includes 4,000 units with prices ranging from Rp 12 million to Rp 13 million per m2.
