OCTOBER 2016, THE MINISTRY OF PUBLIC WORKS AND PUBLIC HOUSING START AUCTION 2017 PROJECT

The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing will again hold early auctions for infrastructure projects that will be worked on next year. The target, an early auction this could accelerate the implementation of infrastructure projects in fiscal year 2017.

The value of projects that will be auctioned early in the last three months of 2016 is estimated to reach Rp 28 trillion.

For the record, in 2017 the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing has a budget of Rp 105.6 trillion. Of that amount, the budget allocation for capital expenditure of Rp 82 trillion, consisting of the budget for the payment of multiyear project (mulliyears contract) and the remaining Rp 26 trillion to Rp 56 trillion is the project of a single year.
