The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing targets the construction
of two dikes are Kali Baru and Muara Baru is included in the National Capital
Integrated Coastal Development project
or NCICD Phase A with a total length of 4.5 km to be completed in two years.
Construction of dike in Muara Baru done by PT Waskita Karya and Adhi
Karya. While in Kalibaru done by Wijaya Karya and PT Sac Nusantara.
Jakarta Provincial Government is optimistic that the construction giant
wall or NCICD Phase A can be completed on target in anticipation of land
subsidence in Jakarta, although in the completion of works slow.
