The government has completed the constraints associated with their
accompanying costs that hamper disbursement loan from China Exim Bank for the
two toll roads.
The Ministry of Public Works and Housing to make sure the loan for two
toll roads, the Manado-Bitung along 39 kilometers and Cileunyi-Sumedang-Dawuan
(Cisumdawu) along 60.5 kilometers (km) can be poured this month.
Acting Secretary General of the Ministry of Public Works and Housing
Widjoyono Taufik said the Ministry of Finance has approved the revision of
budgetary implementation checklist (DIPA) of 10% of total loans, or about Rp
429.7 billion.
Besides the two toll roads, the government is also relying on the
Chinese Exim Bank loan for the other two segments, namely the
Balikpapan-Samarinda along 99 km and Solo-Kertosono along 39.9 km. He projected
total debt for the four sections of the total value of Rp 6 trillion.
