GWSA WORKING ON OFFICE PROJECT RP 1.4 TRILLION

PT Greenwood Sejahtera Tbk. projecting the construction of TCC Batavia office buildings Tower 2 could begin in 2017. The company also plans to increase capital to fund projects that are estimated to require an investment of up to Rp 1.4 trillion.

Currently TCC Batavia Tower 2  projects still needs to go through several phase of licensing first, before entering the phase of development or construction begins.

"The investment value of the project is estimated to range from Rp 1.2 trillion to Rp 1.4 trillion, all office, extent of approximately 101,700 m2 that we build later," said Linda Halim, Corporate Secretary of PT Greenwood Sejahtera.

TCC Batavia Tower 2 is part of a multifunctional area development of TCC Batavia on a land area of 7.2 hectares, located in the central business district of Karet Sudirman.

The plan, Greenwood will build seven towers. In 2012, Greenwood has operated a prime tower named Office Tower One.

Based on Colliers report, by 2019 there will be an additional 34 new buildings in the central business district (CBD) with an area of 2.28 million m2.
