Land that can not freely make PT Mass Rapid Transit
change the station construction,
especially around Road of Cipete and Haji Nawi in South Jakarta. On track it
was two MRT stations whose lands are not free, so these will be transferred to
the land already purchased by the government in Jakarta. Such changes,
resulting in a delayed project, also make increased costs and require
additional funds of Rp 2.56 trillion. Jakarta goverment to seek additional loan
from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
