The Ministry of Transportation has targeted the
construction of four airports in the southern region of West Java. The four
airports are Citarate airport in Sukabumi, Pameungpeuk airport in Garut,
Wiriadinata airport in Tasikmalaya District, and Nasawiru airport in the
Pangandaran District. Is targeted to be completed and operational in January
2018. Construction of the four airports in an effort to increase tourism and
increase the potential of fisheries in the southern region of West Java.
