JASA MARGA PREPARE FUNDING THREE TOLL ROADS

PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. use the funds Rp 1.78 trillion to fund three projects. The funds will be obtained from the rights issue. Half of the funds will be allocated to build Semarang-Batang toll roads in Central Java that will be worked by a consortium of Jasa Marga and PT Waskita Toll Road and PT Bangun Tjipta Sarana. Remaining funds by 30 percent will be used to finance road Pandaan-Malang in East Java. And the remaining portion of the rights issue proceeds amounted to 20 percent, will be used to finance the construction of Cikampek 2 toll road.
