PT Medco Energi Internasional Tbk has completed the
acquisition of ConocoPhillips Indonesia Inc. Ltd. and ConocoPhillips Singapore
Operations Pte. Ltd. Both are subsidiaries of ConocoPhillips. ConocoPhillips
Indonesia is the operator of the PSC South Natuna Sea Block B PSC with a 40%
participation interest and is the operator of West Natuna Transportation
System. While CSop operate onshore receiving facility in Singapore.
Infrastructure West Natuna Transportation System along gas pipelines Malaysia
will continue to play an important role in the commercialization findings as
well as oil and gas exploration activities were taking place in the area of
Natuna.
