The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing project
set up two drinking water supply system to be offered to enterprises in the
next year. Both projects are Bandar Lampung and Karian drinking water supply
system. The project suffered a failed auction last year because there is not a
business entity to enter the bidding documents. The government is now
cooperating with PT Sarana Multi Infrastruktur (SMI) to be involved in project
preparation. It is still necessary to recalculate the cost of the investment
project which was originally estimated to reach Rp 900 billion. The feasibility
study expected to be completed by the end of this year so that the
pre-qualification process to begin in March 2017.
