Korindo Group,
through its subsidiary PT Biomass Papua Lestari plans to develop biomass power
plants targeted to generate up to 10 megawatts (MW) in Jayapura, Papua. But has
not been known the value of the investment, the company still continues to
perform calculations. Korindo also asked the Papua Provincial Government
provide areas for the supply of fuel and the biomass power plant.
