Private
electricity company from China, Anhui Energy Environmental Protection Power Co.
Ltd., will build garbage power plant in the city of Banjarmasin, South
Kalimantan. It was welcomed by the mayor of Banjarmasin. An estimated value of
investment needed about 400 million renminbi. The existence of garbage power
plant has two benefits that could potentially unravel the issues pile of
garbage as much as 600 tons per day in Banjarmasin, and can overcome the power
deficit.
