PT Ciputra Residence will increase marketing sales of Citra Living projects in Jakarta and Citra Garden City Samarinda projects in Samarinda, East Kalimantan. For Citra Living projects Ciputra Redidence build the project through a scheme of joint operations (KSO) with PT Sinar Menara Terang. Both formed KSO Citra Mitra Graha and an investment of around Rp 400 billion to Rp 500 billion. Meanwhile, Citra Garden City Samarinda projects will be built on an area of 70 ha. Citra Garden City Samarinda is the third project of the Ciputra Group in the city of Samarinda.
