ADHI KARYA STARTS BUILDING TRANSIT AREA OF MASS TRANSPORTATION

PT Adhi Karya Tbk. signed a memorandum of understanding with PT Eka Graha Sejahtera and PT Perusahaan Penglola Aset (PPA) for the development of transit oriented development area at 16 points project light rail transit stations (LRT) on an area of 21 hectares (ha) owned by the two companies. Land acquisition process of LRT transit oriented development is already underway, especially at two points, namely East Bekasi and Sentul Circuit. Adhi Karya acquired its own land in East Bekasi and Sentul. But development of a transit area in Sentul, it cooperated with PT Ketut Masagung. Both of these areas will be developed into a project multifunctional, consisting of residential, office and other commercial. In early phase Adhi will building two apartment units that are attached to a shopping center. This project launch in February 2017 with an investment of Rp 400 billion to Rp 600 billion. While in Sentul, Adhi will build 32 units shophouse on the first phase of this project is sold at a price of Rp 3 billion per unit.
