BORNEO RAILWAYS PROJECT MOVED TO EAST KALIMANTAN

The location of railway infrastructure construction of Kalimantan moved from Central Kalimantan to East Kalimantan this is due to the coal business in Central Kalimantan less well and have no substitution. The Minister of Transportation was accompanied by Director General of Railways Prasetyo Boeditjahjono met with President Director of Russia Railways  Oleg Belozerov and Russian Ambassador for Indonesia, Mikhail Yurievich Galuzin to discuss plans for the joint development of the railway industry, especially railway in Kalimantan. Construction of railway infrastructure along the 203 kilometer an investment value of US$ 2,423.11 million.
