WASKITA WORKING ON TRANSMISSION TOWER 500 KV

PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. will begin the installation electricity transmission towers 500 kilovolt owned by PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) in Sumatra after doing the testing material (destruction test). The project consists of two packages. The first package construction of 500 kV transmission with four circuits tower from New Aur Duri (Jambi) to Peranap (Riau) with a length of 235 km and a construction period of 3 years. The contract value of one package worth Rp 3.88 trillion. And the package II construction of transmission 500 kV with four circuits tower from Peranap (Riau) to Perawang (Riau) along 160 km with a construction period of three years worth Rp 2.83 trillion. To meet the needs of the development project fund, PLN and Waskita has signed a loan agreement with PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. and PT Bank Central Asia Tbk.
