The Ministry of Agricultural and Spatial Planning / National Land Agency  has completed the land acquisition process including the process of compensation for 27 toll road projects across Indonesia until 2016. The Ministry of Agricultural and Spatial Planning played a role in accelerating the preparation of national strategic projects through the land acquisition process that ensured the principle of respect for human rights, the balance between private a and the provision of compensation which is based on justice.
