UYANG LAHAY AIRPORT NEED RP 2.5 BILLION

This year, Uyang Lahay airport in Kongbeng District, East Kutai Regency, East Kalimantan, to get a budget allocation of Rp 750 million from the Department of Transportation, Communication and Information East Kutai. The funds will be used to develop a strategic technical plan of the airport.

"The strategic technical plan divided into two, air and road sides. With a fund of Rp 750 million, the new side of the air that we do. And now it's an auction, only actionable," said Head of Department of Transportation, Communication and Information East Kutai Johansyah Ibrahim accompanied by Head of the Air, Khairudin.

"Well, if we're talking budget requirements, we need at least Rp 2.5 billion to complete all phases of planning," he added.

"Work on airport runways, to be completely done carefully. The texture and strength of any asphalt, much different from the asphalt road in general," he said.
