Property Kristianto Indrawan saidthe simple flats project will be built on an
area of 1.8 hectares (ha). The dwelling will be developed in the next seven

"The investment for
building simple flats around Rp 100 billion per tower. We are targeting the
development of one tower per year." Kristianto said.
Kristianto revealed, it
targets all units in the first tower sold by the end of this year. "Until
now we have sold almost 90% of these units," he said.
