LAND ACQUISITION OF KULON PROGO AIRPORT COMPLETED THIS MONTH

PT Angkasa Pura I (Persero) claims to have completed more than half of the land acquisition for the construction of the Yogyakarta New Airport (Yogyakarta New) in Kulon Progo. The land acquisition will be completed this month. Of the total value of the land acquisition fund requirement of Rp 4.1 trillion, the company has spent Rp 2.5 trillion. While the total investment required the construction of new airports reached Rp 9.3 trillion and is targeted to operate in 2020.

ADHI PERSADA ADDED TOWER IN MARGONDA

PT Adhi Karya Tbk. through its subsidiary, PT Adhi Persada Properti planned construction of Grand Taman Melati Margonda 2 apartments  in March 2017. The student apartments will be the third tower. The apartment of the tower was built on an area of 3,705 m2 with an investment of Rp 372 billion. Handover of the keys to the consumers targeted conducted in December 2019.

EAST KALIMANTAN ACCELERATE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW SAMARINDA AIRPORT

East Kalimantan provincial government continues to push ahead the construction of the New Samarinda Airport has been named Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Pranoto Samarinda Airport. Soft opening of the airport will be held on January 9, 2017. Currently the construction progress of the New Samarinda Airport (BSB) has reached 70.7%. East Kalimantan provincial government budgeted cost of Rp 1.5 billion for the construction of the airport.
